Aim . 1) Based on the survey conducted by us, to assess prevalence of burnout among dentists different specialties. 2) To determine characteristic symptom complexes. 3) study effect professional activity a dentist. Materials and Methods With help questionnaire compiled was 135 various specialties identify development emotional syndrome. Typical symptoms were evaluated complex identified. Results Among respondents (40 men 95 women), 55 whom dentists-therapists, 25-orthopedic dentists, 27 – orthodontists, 15–pediatric 5 dentists-surgeons, 8- universal dentists. All doctors reported presence such as: increased fatigue, drowsiness, mood changes, conflict; many noted appearance health problems: blood pressure, shortness breath, frequent headaches symptoms: loneliness, sadness, disappointment in profession, anxiety, cynicism. Which can be combined into complexes burnout: muscle symptoms, gastrointestinal cardiovascular respiratory from central nervous system, symptoms. The showed that pediatric suffer large percentage (75%), followed dental therapists (65%), general (44%), surgeons (38%), orthopedic (35%), orthodontists (30%). Women are more prone (70%) than men. Dentists age range 26-35 years likely develop (65.2%). Conclusions syndrome varies significantly depending narrow orientation specialist. Characteristic identified isolated
